As a mom to a toddler, I can genuinely say that reading to our kids has never been this essential since time immemorial. Reading stories to your children or having them read these types of books by themselves can spark your child’s imagination, alleviates his brain development and triggers their curiosity. That is why it is critical to find a book that is appropriate, suitable, but most importantly, illustrations should be colorful and easy on the eyes of children.
The Global Christmas by Pam Renzi is definitely one of the best children's books out there. Aside from the beautifully paced story of love, friends, and family, giving, and the true spirit of Christmas, the illustrations are colorful and so much fun to look at. It is perfectly tuned to a toddler sensibility. Also, did I mention that the story rhymes? It makes it even more fun and exciting to read. Although it is a short story, it's a fun tale that teaches us moral lessons and as a cherry on top, it has vivid colored drawings that make us pick up the book in the first place and get started reading. Children will surely adore this book and probably quite a few adults too.
I can't wait for Pam to write more children's book like this one. I absolutely love every single thing about this book and I highly recommend it.
